Upcoming UNCW Swain Center Professional Development Opportunities

The UNCW Swain Center for Executive Education and Economic Services, housed under the Cameron School of Business, has served the business community for over 30 years by connecting their experts with business needs. Their programs reflect the strength of our faculty members in five areas: accounting, finance & economics, marketing, managing & leading, and operations & logistics. Most of their programs are facilitated by UNCW faculty members but they also draw on talented adjunct faculty members and local experts who have significant industry experience.

In addition, the center has a long history of providing economic forecasts and impact studies with a dedicated regional economist on their staff. The Economic Outlook Conference, held annually in the fall, is one of their signature events. The year’s upcoming regional and national forecasts are released at the conference and a panel of experts provide local insights.

The Swain Center offers both open enrollment and custom programming.
